
Hunter offers Temp-to-Hire services for our clients that would like to hire a Hunter candidate after temping them for a certain amount of time. Hunter’s fee schedule for Temp-to-Hire positions is based on the candidate’s hours worked during the temporary period, in addition to the salary he/she will be offered by the employer on a permanent basis. Depending on the salary offered, a negotiated buyout fee may be required. (See schedule below)
Annual Compensation Offered Fee
| $30,001 and over | 60% markup during a 520 hour temporary period, and a negotiated buyout fee. |
| Under $30,000 |
55% markup during temporary period for a period of 520 hours. No buyout fee. |
Your acceptance of referrals from Hunter constitutes your agreement with our terms. Candidates represented by Hunter, are referred on a confidential basis only. Breach of confidence must be assumed by your company.
