Medical Support

 Director of Home Care Services:  BS/MA Health care field.  Registered Nurse. Niagara County. Not for Profit Organization.  The right candidate would possess a RN Degree with preferably a baccalaureate or masters.  They would be a “systems” thinker and have experience with implementing efficiency changes as technology becomes available.  They would be techno savvy with experience with Microsoft applications.  The candidate would be leading a non-union professional staff and would understand the demeanor necessary to maintain non-union status.  Responsibilities include but not limited to:  regulatory compliance, QA, marketing.  A good listener yet a doer.  Acts on issues before they become problems.   Knowledge of hospice would be nice but not mandatory.  Salary and Benefit Package commensurate with experience.
