
Hunter Search and Placement is a contingency fee company. Our staff is committed to understanding our clients business and culture. Our objective is our client's stability and growth. We work side by side with the hiring officials when determining staffing needs and we provide them with solutions by identifying, evaluating, and presenting the top professionals in their field.
A placement fee is due in the event that a candidate represented by Hunter is hired by your company or any of its affiliates for any position. The placement fee is based upon a one percent per every thousand dollars of the annual salary which is agreed upon prior to any referrals being made and will not be negotiable thereafter. We are not licensed to accept any fees from our candidates. Fees will be charged in accordance to the following schedule:
Annual Compensation Fee
$25,001 and over 20%
Under $25,000 15%
Hunter will insure any direct hire placement by offering a four month replacement guarantee, with the stipulation that we receive payment within 15 days of the start date. You are responsible to pay all costs and expenses incurred by us in collecting any debt, including reasonable legal fees and disbursements. As an employer, you have the opportunity to replace the candidate at anytime during the guarantee, at no additional cost.
Your acceptance of referrals from Hunter constitutes your agreement with our terms. Candidates represented by Hunter, are referred on a confidential basis only. Breach of confidence must be assumed by your company.
